The protein in the peanut butter balances the carbs for me. Also love plain Fage Greek yogurt and a drizzle of maple syrup. The yogurt adds protein and makes it really creamy!

When I'm feeling healthy, I eat my oatmeal with only a banana to sweeten it. My daughter likes hers with a little brown sugar and cinnamon. Even after adding the brown sugar, it's still healthier than the pre-sweetened instant kind!
