Happy What’s Up Wednesday, friends!
I can hardly believe that we’ve already reached the last Wednesday of the month. Why is February so long? And August? And April?
And yet September just flies by.

I hope you’re here for a lot of happiness because that’s what’s on the menu today 🙂 .
As always, on the last Wednesday of every month, Sheaffer and I host this little linky party where we share what’s going on with us right now. It’s a little food, a little family, a little what we’re wearing, a little what we’re doing, a little what we’re watching and a little bit of everything else all in one post.
Here we go…

Did you catch…

…this week’s MEAL PLANNING MONDAY?
Not only do I have five super seasonal September suppers (trying say that five times fast!), buuuut…

…if you haven’t tried my APPLE BUTTER BARS yet, YOU SHOULD!
These bars are so easy and oh so delish. You’ll want to make them all fall.

This time last year, we were gearing up for KENSINGTON’S BIRTHDAY TRIP TO NEWPORT AND SALEM!

Goodness, we had the BEST time on that trip. I would do the entire thing over again from start to finish.

Core memories were made. I’ve been reminiscing about it a lot lately.

It’s the BUY ONE, GET ONE 60% OFF BOGO SALE with Colleen Rothschild right now!
Excuse me? Buy one, get one SIXTY PERCENT OFF?! That’s an amazing savings!
I love partnering with my VERY FAVORITE skincare and hair care brand, COLLEEN ROTHSCHILD especially you can save 60%!
Now would be a good time to try Colleen Rothschild’s new…

I started adding this to my morning routine about 10 days ago and really love it!

I have played around with both shades by adding just a little drop (it doesn’t take much!) to my moisturizer. The “champagne” shade just gives it a nice “oomph” without adding color or shine. It illuminates my moisturizer which is especially nice this time of year when my skin starts to lose it’s summer glow. The “bronze” shade adds a bit of color. A little goes a long way, but it does create a bronzed affect when I apply my morning moisturizer…

See? Two different shades, one great serum to add to your routine 🙂 .
Just a reminder…

…these Colleen Rothschild products are the ones I love and use the most (buy one, get one 60% off right now!)…

…let’s start with my tried and true absolute favorite QUENCH & SHINE SHAMPOO and REPLENISH & SHINE DAILY CONDITIONER! I have said this before, but I will say this again, THIS IS THE BEST HAIR CARE I HAVE EVER EVER EVER USED. It’s in a completely different league than any other product I have ever tried on my hair.
They also have their RENEW AND REPLENISH CLARIFYINGSHAMPOO and CONDITIONER too. These complement as “clarifying” products to the originals. If you are looking for a shampoo/conditioner to remove excess buildup/clarify/really get your hair clean between “normal” washings, this one is a great one!

Right now you can also BOGO 60% OFF on some of my skincare superstars too! We go through jars and jars of RADIANCE CLEANSING BALM to remove our makeup every single day. I also love the RETINOL SUPREME EYE SERUM, AGE RENEWAL SUPER SERUM, VITAMIN C BRIGHTENING SERUM, and VITAMIN C NOURISHING CREAM too!
It’s BOGO 60% OFF with Colleen Rothschild right now or if you only need one item, don’t forget, you can always use SHAY20 for 20% off a single item too 🙂 .

A whole lot of this.

We have been living our best lives from different football stadiums. This last week, I got to sit by my super sweet niece.

We are right in the middle of our favorite season cheering on some of our favorite people. This last Friday night, as I was tightly wedged between my parents and my niece and nephews and my best friends and their parents and all of our kids and my hubby, I counted my blessings.

These are the days. These are certainly the days.

I am not asking, I am BEGGING you for your best allergy medicine advice. My allergies are KILLING ME RIGHT NOW. I was suffering greatly this weekend and then on Monday, I thought “wow, I feel so much better” and then I went to Ashby’s cross country meet and that about did me in the rest of the night and all day yesterday. I am using eye drops, nose spray and two different types of over the counter meds, but if you have ANY tips, I beg you to share.

I am literally excited about everything right now. I am just walking around GIDDY.

If you missed our SEPTEMBER BOOK CLUB, I announced that next month, we will be reading Buckeye by Patrick Ryan.
We would LOVE for you to join and read with us!

Here’s a little Wellness Wednesday for you…

…if you haven’t listened to this week’s episode of Peter Attia’s The Drive, I especially loved it. This episode is a round table discussion and the emphasis is on strength training and muscle building for everyone (they speak to every age from children through very senior adults). The four people around the table all have diverse backgrounds and work with a different subset of people, but their overall messaging was the same.
You know me, I especially loved when they discussed women who are in menopause and perimenopause. They give some really practical tips and simple advice that we could all apply today too. It’s a long episode that you might need to listen to over several days, but I found the content especially valuable. I hope you listen!

You guys, I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again, TARGET’S PAJAMAS ARE SO GOOD! I am going to make a bold statement here…I think Target’s pajamas are better than that expensive rabbit brand. There. I said it. They’re soft, they breathe, they wash and dry well and never shrink. They come in sizes XS to 4X and a variety of colors. And they’re only $30. I love them so so much.
Also this week…

…I wore my JOGGERS again because I cannot quit them. I had a full day of errands with Ashby’s cross country meet later that afternoon plus work, so it was an easy outfit. AN THANKS TO AN AMAZING BLOG READER, I just saw that these joggers are now almost 50% off! WOOHOO!
JOGGERS + TANK + SLIPPERS for my Monday #ootd.
But then…we had a huge storm blow through for the first part of the day which made everything dark outside and me chilly inside…

…so I wore MY SHERPA and enjoyed a rainy Monday morning.

Yesterday, I wore MY TANK because it looks like fall 🙂 .
TANK + JEANS + MULES for my Tuesday!
Here are a few other #ootd from September…

I love THIS SWEATER so much that I have it in two different colors!

THIS FLEECE on repeat 🙂 .

I am still loving MY JEANS!
I bought them in the “cropped” style, but they come longer too. Regardless of the style, they come in many different washes, tall, regular, and petite. I bought them in a size 25 ‘regular’ (not petite). I thought the were super cute with my MULES too.
And finally, not only…

…is MY DRESS IS BACK IN STOCK, but it’s ON SALE NOW TOO! (Sneakers here!)
I am going to say it again, I have legitimately worn this dress at least 50 times over the years and every single time, I wash it and throw it in my dryer and it looks great. It’s so soft and yet the fabric isn’t sheer or too thin. I wear it A TON on airplanes because it never looks wrinkled. It has traveled all of the world with me too. I bought a second black one this month because I keep taking it to and from Nantucket, but now, I’m just going to have one in both spots. Love.

It’s Oktoberfest in McKinney this weekend! The Shulls are SO VERY PUMPED!

You know our deep, deep love for Oktoberfest 🙂 .

You guys, I have been still way too long. This girl is ready to GO, GO, GO. Many adventures await as I close out 2025, and I can hardly stand the anticipation. I love being at home, but boy, I love to travel. I am VERY excited about what’s ahead these last few months of 2025.
And that, my friends, is a little What’s Up Wednesday in September.
If you blogged along with us today, please link up below.
I hope you all have the BEST day!!!
I will see you back here tomorrow. xx

Joanne says
Salem is the BEST in the fall! I was literally just thinking of taking a drive into Newport earlier this week. I have plans to walk the whole cliff walk while the weather is still pretty decent.
Mix and Match Mama says
I just love that whole area SO MUCH!
Donna Mason says
Hi Shay. In the pics of Salem do you know what red sweater Kensington is wearing by chance? I love it!
Mix and Match Mama says
Oh gosh, I do not know where that is from. My best guess is Altar’d State, but I’m not sure.
Faith Kapp says
Allergens must be bad everywhere because I’ve been suffering here in North Carolina as well. I’ll be looking for tips in the comments with you. I can’t wait to see where all you will be going. I have been anticipating to see you pop up somewhere in your stories!
Elspeth Mizner says
What a busy and fun month! Thanks for sharing!!

Addy Robinson says
the joggers are on sale! I bought 2 colors to try.
Mix and Match Mama says
What? That’s AMAZING! I might need a second color too!
Diane Moore says
I added that episode of The Drive to my watch later on YouTube. Thanks for the suggestion.
Good luck with your allergies!
Mix and Match Mama says
I REALLY think you’ll enjoy it!
Stacie says
Have you tried a Navage? If you’re not familiar with it, it’s a machine you put distilled water and a salt packet in and it washes out your sinuses through your nose. It really helps me when I’m stuffed up. Hope you find relief soon
Mix and Match Mama says
Googling now! THANK YOU!!
Heather says
We have one and it is the best! (You can get one at Walgreens).
Erin says
I use a NeilMed bottle kit which is basically a manual version of this, to rinse my sinuses every morning all year. They sell the kit at costco and any drugstore. On days where I feel the itchy nose or throat, i rinse a second or third time each day. It’s kinda gross and a weird “I just jumped in the pool and have water in my nose” feeling, but my best advice is to breathe heavily through your mouth as you do the rinse.
Leslie says
AGREED!!! This is life changing. After a flight, yard work, windy day, etc. this is the best thing to do to avoid sinus issues.
Molly Summers says
Where is your very cute white sweatshirt from in the picture with the shampoos?
Mix and Match Mama says
That is an oldie but goodie from J Crew 🙂 .
Kristin says
We are going to CO this weekend to visit our son and his wife, and I was so hoping for chilly fall weather. I guess I will just be thankful there won’t be snow, and enjoy being with them!
Mix and Match Mama says
Have the BEST time! I wish I were going to Colorado this weekend!
Sammy says
Hi Shay! I’m currently in Boston with my kids (ages 8 and 12). Any fun things you recommend doing? (We’ve already been to the Science Museum, Boston Tea Party Museum and walked around Seaport). I know you love Boston, so any recommendations would be fantastic. Thanks!
Mix and Match Mama says
You need to do a Duck Boat Tour! Your kids would LOVE that! I also think your kids would love the Fenway Park Tour too!
Sheaffer says
The Colleen Rothschild sale is BANANAS, and I love that Old Navy fleece!!!!
Bethany says
Ok, in regards to allergies….this is going to sound crazy, but I have been milling my own grain for about three years now. This grain is the most nutrient dense food you can eat and is honestly an amazing “cure all!” I have not had to use any allergy medicine and have seen a difference in how I feel during spring, which is usually the season that affects my allergies the most. The podcast Sue’s Healthy Minutes has so much to say about the benefits of this!!
Mix and Match Mama says
I am going to find that podcast today and listen. Thank YOU!!
Lynn says
Yes! Fresh-milled flour has SO MANY health benefits!
Kristen says
When are your next trip scheduled for ? Any hints? and how many ??
Little MIa looks just like K!!!!!!! omg
Mix and Match Mama says
I LOVE that Mia and K look alike! And you’ll have to stay tuned for the fun 🙂 .
Susan says
Allergies are the worst! I wonder if a neti pot would help? Especially at the end of the to flush out all the irritants. Just be sure & use distilled water. Good luck!
Mix and Match Mama says
I have never used a neti pot. This truly might be the day that changes.
ElaineDavis says
I rely on eye drops containing ketotifen fumarate when the itching in my eyes is about to drive me bonkers!!
Mix and Match Mama says
Do you have a specific brand to recommend? I’m about to scratch my eyes out!
ElaineDavis says
Right now I have Bausch & Lomb’s Alaway, but really, even a generic works, as along as it lists that specific ingredient!
Lori says
I remember those Texas allergies! I am so sorry you are suffering. I highly recommend the NeilMed sinus rinse for any allergies or colds. It will clear out those passages! Do it over a sink. https://www.amazon.com/NeilMed-100-Sinus-Rinse-Complete/dp/B000RDZFZ0/ref=sr_1_3?crid=2W4OQYE1VCLJG&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.vDRhLJR9pRethYFTJAbdRGo_Shixs5yi-Xv6guK3N-UglLF8qXaKXx1uc1QE1JKHq6urCDi4RioOT1C_V4-6Cik1qVEGrnDMTwUsZT65mx1mapj0xfrshdUA-rHH62W0gX0PZkOSUThnSapVBd1HyX6ABYEocVoD15-8XZQ30Xspm-HAz5zv-RvMIeNO-Ui-nm9zTyMPIExU8R93BeD7FDBn5fIgFDTJCnm5pUwDRhM.kYPyqu1CdF1kIMTKYuFu2KH8OFxg-J97LCRUBRpThzg&dib_tag=se&keywords=neilmed%2Bsinus%2Brinse&qid=1758718740&sprefix=neilmed%2Bsinus%2Brinse%2B%2Caps%2C147&sr=8-3&th=1
Mix and Match Mama says
THANK YOU!!!
Kristin S says
The ragweed is high here in NC and about to do me in. I started in my morning Nasocort routine last week and it seems to be helping. I also do a saline spray (the one in the metal can with oomph) morning and night too to clear out any pollen in my nasal passages. Gross but necessary. Oh, that’s one I’d add to your travel tips post. I always travel with that Arm & Hammer saline spray to help keep the germs at bay.
Mix and Match Mama says
I’ve never used a saline spray. Thank you!!
Melanie says
I take HEB brand 12-hour decongestion you get behind the counter in the pharmacy.
I take it around 6:00 am and it last till the next morning for me.
Hope you feel better.
Juli says
Have you tried Zyrtec-D for your allergies? It’s available at Costco at the pharmacy behind the counter or like Walgreens or CVS? My husband swears by it for his allergies!
Mix and Match Mama says
Thank you so much!!
Cheryl S says
Zyrtec does work great! Costco also sells a generic that works really. Be warned though (depending on the person) it can cause major drowsiness! I have taken half a tiny pill and I have to take it at night. Good luck finding what works!
Carrie says
For allergies I use Allergena morning and night. It’s a homeopathic and created specifically for Texas allergens. I’ve noticed a significant decrease in my twice-yearly allergy attacks that often would turn into a full-on sinus infection.
Amy Owens says
For allergies, we swear by a spoonful of local honey a day. It will take a little bit to build up in you, but if you’re consistent and do it daily, I would bet eventually you won’t need any allergy medicine. My husband hasn’t had to take any for years…spring or fall. The local honey has trace amounts of your local pollen and allows your body so slowly build a tolerance! It works! Just add a spoonful into your daily morning routine!
Jesslyn says
Find a place where you live that sells local honey that’s actually harvested in your area. Eating local honey is good for allergies. If I stop eating my locally made honey for even two-three days, my allergies go crazy.
Mix and Match Mama says
Really? We actually have local honey in our house right now. I am going to have some today. Thank you!!
Joy Norris says
My husband swears by local honey for allergies!
Valerie A says
Shay, what size do you wear in your Target pj’s? I was wondering if you get true to size or if you size up for a more relaxed fit?
This season’s allergies are insane! I was told by the allergist that it is most likely due to all the rain that we have had this summer. There is lots of mold and the ragweed is out of control. Try using saline spray after every time you go outside and then blow your nose. Using the Netipot twice a day helps, too.
Mix and Match Mama says
TTS, I bought mine in an xs. Thank you so much for the saline spray tip!
Beverly says
I used the 60% off to. stock up on the age serum ,which I love, thanks to you. I also love the vitamin c cream, the hydrating mask, the hydrating cream, an d their gray tingly mask. I did get the ethereal glow in the light color but felt it made me too shiny. Maybe I used too much? I love the black dress that you said is now on sale but I can’t access the link. who makes it so I. can search for it????
Also, I’m finally up to all the weights on my vest, 9 lbs, on my daily walk. It has improved my posture when walking. I built yp slowly, one weight at a time, started mid July. Lost 47 lbs this past year and I am working hard to keep it off.
Thanks for all your health tips.
Mix and Match Mama says
It’s Abercrombie! I will email it to you right now, Beverly! I am SO excited about your progress with the vest! AMAZING!
Leslie Wilcox says
I swear by Xyzal and Mucinex DM. I take them an hour before bed and wake up refreshed. I hope you find relief!
Mix and Match Mama says
Thank YOU!!!
Jennifer Bethune says
Fun post! For allergies have you ever tried Xyzal? I have had good luck with it. I take a 1/2 a pill at night because it can make it hard for me to wake up early in the morning. However, if my allergies are really bad, I’ll take a full pill and usually notice a difference the next day.
Mix and Match Mama says
I have not! thank YOU!!!
Cindy says
Try allergy shots. It was a game changer for me.
Mix and Match Mama says
Really? How often do you have to go? Can you do them yourself at home?
J says
1000% agree with the shots. My brother and I did them as kids, and my mom did them as an adult. Life-changing for all of us. We all got them weekly for a few years, at first at the allergist’s office (until they were more confident we weren’t going to have an extreme reaction, I think?), then we gave them to ourselves at home. I think there are other options for some allergies now, like sublingual (dissolves under tongue), but I don’t know if those are for seasonal allergies. Good luck!
Michelle says
Hi! Can I ask how tall you are? I want to order the Maeve jeans but can’t decide if I need petite or regular, I’m 5’4″.
Thanks!
Mix and Match Mama says
Of course! I am 5’3″!
Robin says
Shay , For years I used a Neti pot for allergies. Recently my Dr. recommended the Arm & Hammer Simply Saline nasal mist. It’s in a can and much easier to use and especially for travel . It really helps and I use it off and on all year for allergies and sinus issues . Try it !
Mix and Match Mama says
Thank you so much, Robin!
Kristin says
Use a saline rinse for your allergies! This is similar to a Neti Pot, but it is a squeeze bottle and easier to use. It’s by NeilMed and called Sinus Rinse. I use it twice daily and it helps. Do not use tap water with it though! If anyone if your family has allergies that just don’t respond anymore, look into getting allergy tested and then allergy shots. I did shots for 5 years and it made a world of difference. I got tested again this year and everything I was originally allergic to in 2010 no longer showed up as positive allergens! I still have a couple of trees that bug me and the air in Oklahoma in general will cause some nasal issues, but the shots were a game changer!
Mix and Match Mama says
Thank YOU, thank YOU!
Kim says
Local honey has done wonders for me – a teaspoon a day is what they call for, but I do a tablespoon lol.
Mix and Match Mama says
Thank YOU!!!
Angela says
I don’t suffer from allergies, but my brother and sister in law do. My SIL specifically is allergic to EVERYTHING – grass, dust, dogs, cats – you name it. Her number one tip has always been to eat honey that was made locally to build tolerance to the pollen. Some say it’s a myth, but she’s always sworn by it.
Natasha says
A fellow blogger recommended Flonase for allergies and it was a GAME CHANGER for me and my daughter this past spring. (I took it along with my regular allergy medication.) I don’t know if it’s specifically Canadian but it made all the difference! Yay for the blogging world 🙂
Jessie says
Zertec with Xlear nasal spray and is natural .. you can get it on Amazon and stores.
Sandi T. says
I agree with the Neto Pot. It’s a strange thing to use/do. However, it does work!
Regarding Colleen Rothschild shampoo and conditioner, I have curly hair that I blow dry straight or maybe barrel curl. Which combo would you recommend? I’m in need of trying something new! Thanks!
Sharonall says
Just a warning about Zyrtec-D. Don’t take it until you read about all the side effects. One rare side effect is hallucinations. My husband (he is in his late sixties) had it happen twice. It scared me to death. I thought he was losing his mind. I finally figured out what was causing it after googling it. His doctor just said, “Oh yeah, it happens.
Diane Moore says
😳
Lori says
I am tempted to try the Colleen Rothschild shampoo and conditioner. Is the smell strong or overpowering?
Mix and Match Mama says
I don’t think it is. It certainly has a scent…I would call it a little floral, maybe? It’s not fruity/tropical/sweet.
Lori says
Thanks! Just ordered. Your hair looks great!
Mix and Match Mama says
Thank you!!
ChristY says
I have AWFUL allergies, speaking of allergies lol but I will say, that Colleen’s shampoo and conditioner is the greatest smelling I have ever used in my 49 yrs! And because of my allergies I have to be so careful because most scents on things I cannot do! That scent of hers makes me want to bathe all over with it 🤣
I cannot wait to order more. I’m hoping for another good sale as I just moved to NC (and also getting used to how my body is showing diff symptoms from my FL allergies to now here in Raleigh) but start work on the 29th so watching my funds right now but I’m so excited to order more and also the skin care line Shay recommends. Hope you order and LUV the scent too 🙂
P.s. Shay I think I see a full on allergy blog post in your future for us ALL lol
Christi says
When allergies are bad in our house we switch to Natural D-Hist by Ortho Molecular Products.
Stacey says
My doctor recommended adding Quercetin as a supplement to my allergy medicine. It seems to help! Also being very consistent with taking allergy meds helps. Hope you feel better!
Christy says
Ok after however many years of seeing you recommend the Colleen Rothschild shampoo…I’m finally ordering it today!
Mix and Match Mama says
I really really think you’ll love it!
Katie says
I am the girl that just wants to skip October and get right to November and December 🙂 Are you guys going to Nantucket for Stroll weekend?!?!
Mix and Match Mama says
Well, I love November and December too! We weren’t able to go to Stroll last year because of high school football playoffs, so I guess we’ll see about this year too.
Brooke says
Hi Shay! I won the Colleen Rothschild gift card from you a couple months ago. I bought my 2 favorite must haves (Sheer Renewal Cream and Illuminating Tinted Eye Cream), one I have recently started using (Vitamin C Nourishing Cream), and a new one to try (Smooth & Shine Hair Serum). Thank you so much!!!
Mix and Match Mama says
YAY! I am so happy you like them too!
Erika Slaughter says
Allergies are the worst and I’ve never found anything that works. I typically have to suffer a couple weeks in the spring before my body gets used to the world! URGH!
Jill L says
Someone I know has found enormous help using a Neti pot. Just be sure to use the correct type of water, no tap water because of bacteria.
Deborah Leland says
Did you see that the Conjuring House is for sale? It is to be sold at Auction on October 31st. Perhaps you want to own property in RI?? 🙂
https://www.realtor.com/news/unique-homes/conjuring-house-auction-sale-halloween?cid=soc_shares_article_CP
Mix and Match Mama says
No way?! I did not!
Andrea M Johnson says
Oh my goodness I thought that was a flash back pic of you with your oldest! Boy do they look alike!
Hope says
Have you tried a prescription allergy med?My daughter had really bad allergies and takes Singulair at night. I also take my allergy medicine at night because that seems to help with my drainage and congestion especially during the night and first thing in the morning. Also a teaspoon of local honey is said to work wonders. I can’t get my 10 year old to try that but I’m going to try it the next time I have an issue.
Marcel Urban says
I have the worse seasonal allergies and this combo has helped me SO much the last 5 years. Xyzal at night OTC and then Nasacort spray OTC in the AM! Good luck!
Amanda says
I suffer from allergies as well and after years of trying everything: neti pots, honey, shots, all the prescriptions, all the over the counter stuff…seriously all of it, I found something that actually helps me. It’s an online prescription called Allermi. It’s a nose spray and it is miraculous for me. I have suggested it to a few people and it seems to be hit or miss for others but if you get desperate, I would highly recommend it. I love that it isn’t a pill. I do NOT need to use it everyday only here and there and it shuts my symptoms down within 15 minutes every time.
Bless you! I hope you find something that helps!
Lindsey G. says
Allergy shots are what finally helped my husband with his seasonal allergies.
Anna says
Key to allergies is not really what you are taking but when you are taking it. If you suffer from spring allergies, you need to start taking meds in January. If fall is your worst time, start in July. Take meds when you don’t have symptoms so your body will be ready. My choices are daily claritin & fluticasone nasal spray.
Rene’ Pingel aka Aunt Rene’ says
It might be time for you to get tested by an allergist. I get a shot once a week and it has changed my life. No more sneezing or itchy or watery eyes. A cold is rare compared to an upper respiratory infection every other month that I could not shake.
Dana J says
I swear by Beekeepers Immune Support Propolis spray for allergies!! It seriously is the best!! I had terrible cedar fever living in the Texas Hill Country for years! I started using the bee spray 3 years ago and haven’t had any issues since! I have recommended it to other allergy sufferers and they have also had the best results!! I use it 2-3 times a day during the peak of the allergy season! Highly recommend!! Good luck!! https://a.co/d/67IOQRZ
Kelly says
Allergies are a year round problem for me. I use a prescription eye drop that works really well (brand name Bepreve). I also take a daily singulair, which is also prescription. And I use a daily nasal spray called Olapatadine, which works really well. If I’m struggling, I take either Allegra or zyzal, which are both OTC. The thing that has made the most difference has been allergy shots. It’s a commitment but they have made my allergies so much better.
Elisabeth says
I am reading this while literally sneezing and my throat feels like it’s being clawed to pieces by savage cats. Gah! I am taking literal notes from your comment section. We live in an area with access to lots of local, unpasteurized honey so I am buying a fresh jar today and will commit to taking it daily. Also loving the idea of the Arm and Hammer spray since it seems to be low fuss and drug-free.
I live in Canada, so I’m not sure of all the brand names people are mentioning. I use a drowsy antihistamine some nights and a non-drowsy during the day, but should revisit what ones specifically and see if switching things up will help. This year has been HORRIBLE. I live on the East Coast of Canada and you’re in Texas, so what’s up???
Krystle says
Nasacort nasal spray works like a charm- the only allergy med that doesn’t make me need to sleep.
Amy says
I have used all the nasal sprays out there and ASTEPRO is the absolute game changer! It is newer and works so good! Can tell a difference in just a few hours! I use it every day when allergens are bad.
Lauren M. says
I’m in NC, and the ragweed is out of control! I have had 3 people this week tell me to take Xyzal, so I’m going to give it a shot. Maybe it will work for you too! And after reading this post, definitely going to a spoonful of honey a day!
